【業務詳細】
■土地所有者様への最適な活用方法のご提案
■不動産や相続等に関する課題のヒアリング及び解決方法のご提案
■不動産会社や税理士事務所/金融機関などへの訪問による関係構築
【一日のスケジュール】
09:00|出社。メールと一日のスケジュールを確認します。
10:00|オーナー様との打ち合わせへ。
12:00|昼食。外出先でのランチは楽しみの一つです。
15:00|新規案件の現場確認。近くの管理物件やオーナー様の所も回ります。
17:00|帰社。オーナー様への提案書を作成します。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須】
■ハウスメーカーや建設不動産業界で3年以上の開発営業(土地活用の営業)経験がある方
【尚可】
■宅地建物取引士の資格取得を目指されている方
【資格】
■宅地建物取引士 尚可(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
