仕事内容:

とんこつラーメンで有名な大手ラーメン店、

『ラー麺ずんどう屋』でのお仕事です。

新店の立上げ作業をご担当いただきます

≪具体的には…≫

▼新店プロモーター(新店の立上げ作業)

・各ご協力企業様とのやり取り

・備品の購入申請、セッティング、不備確認

・アルバイト育成の計画立案

・ポジション別のオペレーショントレーニング

・店舗正社員への育成引継ぎ

・開店後の現場サポート(営業同行・シフト参加)

※オープン前後を合わせて1~3.5ヶ月の出張になります。

▼新入社員研修トレーナー

※新店の立上げが無い時期の主業務

・毎月1回、1つの店舗での集合研修を実施

・企業理念や行動指針、営業マニュアルの浸透

・各配属先の営業管理者への育成引継ぎ

・研修・育成で見つかった課題の抽出と問題提起

(営業部や人事総務部への提起もあります)

※24時間シフト制で就業可能性有

▼入社1年目:500万円

→月給33万円×12ヶ月+残業代+インセンティブ

▼入社2年目:540万円

→月給35万円×12ヶ月+残業代+インセンティブ

▼入社4年目:650万円(マネージャー)

→月給45万円×12ヶ月+残業代+賞与
