畳・ふすまメーカーでの賃貸住宅リフォーム工事の進行管理のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

進行管理:専門業者の手配と作業チェック

点検作業:水漏れ点検(水道のパッキン交換)

軽作業:電気部品交換、簡易清掃

最終確認:クロス貼り換えや設備交換後の品質チェック

※年齢、経験、能力を考慮の上、優遇します。

・諸手当 資格手当

初年度の年収見込み 350万円‐600万円

・賞与あり 年2回(7月・12月)※業績により決算賞与もあり。その場合は、賞与が年3回となります。

・昇給あり 年1回(習熟度により評価します)
