覚える事が多いので業務開始から半年間はOJT研修で教育

【お仕事内容】

※横田基地内のSoftBank直営店勤務

・スマホ商品の販売

・購入手続き対応

・お客様へお声かけ

・店内外接客全般

【詳細】

商品(iPhone/iPad/Android/Google Pixel)をお客様(米軍人)へ販売していただきます。

商品の操作方法、料金プラン、各サービスについての説明など興味を持っていただき販売。

店舗前のお客様へキャンペーン案内やチラシ配布業務あり。

アフターサービス(新しいプランや機能の案内)もありますが英語でのコミュケーションが主になります。

丁寧な研修やマニュアルがあるのと先輩がサポートするので不安なく業務が行えます

【研修・育成内容】

・長期育成システムあり

・状況、能力に応じて研修

・スキル評価プログラム

【研修・育成スケジュール】

入社~1か月間:基礎研修、OJT研修などを通じて、業務の基礎を習得する期間

3か月後:一人で接客対応、プラン提案、商品・サービスの説明ができる

6か月後:一通りの業務を遂行可能となり、クロージング業務や他従業員のサポートもできる

約1年後:マルチスキルテストを実施(結果はインセンティブや給与評価に反映)

※この頃には全体的な業務が行えるようになり、販売実績の向上

2年目以降:業務に余裕が生まれ、より幅広い業務や新たなチャレンジが可能

・平均年齢27歳

・施設利用フードコート、映画館など

・店雰囲気フレンドリーな感じで話しやすい雰囲気

・店舗制服あり(Tシャツ、ポロシャツ、ジャンパー、ジャケット)

※注意点有身だしなみマニュアルあり(業務中は、派手なアクセサリー着用NG、目立つネイルNG、派手な髪色・髪型NG、ヒゲNG、隠れるタトゥーOK)

【必須条件】

・日常英会話程度※TOEIC、英検などの資格不要

(英語力例:自分の事や趣味について英語で説明できて相手からの英語の質問も理解して英語で答えることができる)

・日本語堪能な方※マニュアル、パンフレット、契約書などが日本語の為

(日本語力例:スマホ操作方法について聞かれた際、日本語のパンフレットを読んで理解して説明ができる)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~19:15(実働8時間シフト制)

※ほぼ残業なし

休暇・休日:

週休2日(シフト制)

・希望休は月4回提出可能※固定不可

・月1~2回は週末休み取得可

・プレミアムフライデー有(月に1日、早上がりできる※有給)

※年間休日120日以上

東京都福生市福生(横田基地内)

アクセス:

・車通勤可(ゲートパス発行いたします)

・東福生駅より車で3分

・車、バイク、自転車通勤OK無料駐車場完備

給与:

時給1,770円+通勤手当+インセンティブ

月収例:297,360円~+通勤手当(時給1,770円×8時間×21日)

手当あり:インセンティブ(月5,000~150,000円)+ポイント還元
