【仕事内容】

■同社が受注する非住宅案件(商業施設、オフィスビル、物流施設、タワーマンションなど)の設計監理(意匠)業務をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・案件:新築工事に伴う商業施設、オフィスビル、物流施設、タワーマンションなど(メインの工法はS造・RC造)

・設計範囲:設計監理(意匠)

<補足>

月の平均残業時間は30時間程度です。役職定年60歳、定年65歳になります。

※即戦力採用として業務に従事していただくことを想定しています。

■以下いずれかの資格と経験の双方をお持ちの方

1級建築士

<経験>

賃貸分譲マンションや非住宅(商業施設や倉庫など)の構造設計の経験
