■業務内容

設計監理として、建築物が設計通りに施工されているかの品質確認を中心に包括的に監理していただきます。

建築のデザインが好きな方はやりがいを感じられます。

■職務詳細

・敷地・建物の情報収集

・設計図書の確認と把握および詳細な検討

・施工業者との打ち合わせ、指導

・各工程の確認、コントロール

・建物の性能に関する施工の確認/指導

・施工業者追加見積の調整

・完成引渡しの立会い(必要な場合は関係官庁への申請業務)

設計監理は設計通りの品質を守る仕事ですが、

建築設計事務所として、建物の企画から基本設計、実施設計、工事監理までを自社で実施出来るため、
