フレッシュな営業スタッフを募集します

<仕事の流れ>

  • 顧客訪問
  • ヒアリング・商談
  • 関係部署と打合せ
  • 顧客へ提案
  • 試作・確認
  • 納品

<こんな商品を手掛けています>

  • 化粧品や文具、電池などのパッケージ
  • 工場で部品を入れるトレイ
  • 取引先はロート製薬、パナソニックなど

<入社後の流れ>

  • 最初の2ヵ月は製造研修。

実際に商品が形になる過程を見ながら

生産工程や製品知識を学びます。

  • 3ヵ月目~1年は先輩について営業の基礎

を学びます。製品知識、見積書の作り方、

商談ノウハウを身につけステップアップ

  • 2年目以降はレベルやスキルを考慮して

少しずつお客様を引き継ぎます。

  • 3年目~5年目でいよいよ一人立ちへ

頼られる営業へと成長して下さい。
