小児科クリニックで医療事務・クラーク業務をお任せします。

合同研修で社会人としての基礎+医療の基礎を学んでいただいた後は以下の業務にチャレンジいただく予定です

【仕事内容】

  • 受付業務

患者さまから保険証などを預かり、電子カルテに情報を入力。

患者さまがiPadを活用して問診をするのをサポートします。

  • 患者さまへのご案内

電話や対面で次回予約や予防接種の調整をします。

患者さまの症状を、医療知識に基づいてヒアリング。

医師や看護師が判断しやすいような情報を聞き出すことが重要です。

また、予防接種の「スケジューリングのサポート」も担当していただきます。

  • 会計・医療事務

会計は初診料(再診料)や検査料・薬剤費などをルールにしたがって計算します。

健康保険や国民健康保険などに対して請求する明細書を作成し、

点検、提出するレセプト業務も担当します。

未経験OK

各種専門学校卒以上 / 未経験OK

2026年3月に4年制大学、短期大学、専門学校を卒業予定の方

新卒クラーク職採用においては、内定ご承諾後に配属先が決定します。

教育面も考慮し各クリニックで受け入れ可能人数が決まっているため、内定承諾いただくタイミングによっては本求人以外のクリニック配属になる可能性もございます。

あらかじめご了承ください。

基本は配属先での勤務ですが、助勤・異動があります。

シフト制

1日あたりの実働時間:最大8時間

週休2日制(シフト制による)

<シフト例>

早番:8:30~17:30

中番:10:00~19:00

遅番:12:30~21:30

※8時間以上勤務のシフトパターンあり

※研修期間は勤務時間固定となる可能性あり

※固定時間制の募集は行っておりません

  • 残業平均時間/月5.3時間

給与


月給 213,200円 ~ 213,200円 (※想定年収 2,984,800円 ~ 2,984,800円)

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代 15,100円

みなし残業時間 10時間

  • 試用期間あり (3ヶ月)

※給与・福利厚生などに変動はありません

  • 月給:213,200円~

給与内訳

・基本給 198,100円~

・固定残業代 15,100円~(10時間分※超過分は別途支給)

※資格手当が支給される場合は内訳が変わります。

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
