仕事内容


私たちが手がけているのは、

橋や道路、公共施設など、地域の暮らしを支える公共工事です。

この仕事の役割は、現場で作業をすることではありません。

「工事が安全に、予定通り進むか」を見守り、判断する立場です。

まずは先輩と一緒に現場に入り、

工事の流れや職人さんの動き、

危険になりやすいポイントを学ぶところからスタート。

慣れてきたら、

  • 工程どおり進んでいるかのチェック
  • 現場での声かけ、注意喚起

など、現場全体を見渡す役割を担います。

工事はチームで進めるもの。

一人で抱え込むことはなく、

常に先輩がそばでサポートします。

「事故を起こさない」

「予定通り完成させる」

その判断一つひとつが、

地域の安全につながる仕事です。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万200円 〜 3万2800円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
