仕事内容:
一緒に「Turn Up the Brightness」しませんか?私たちは、人々が自分らしさを表現できるようサポートすることを目的に、ヘアダイ製品の製造を始めました。この考え方は、製品だけでなく、私たちの企業文化にも反映されています。Lunar Tidesは、2013年からヴィーガンで髪にやさしいヘアカラーをつくり続けている、女性経営の独立ブランドです。私たちは、創造性、個性、自己表現は誰にとっても身近なものであるべきだと考えています。
現在、当社の製品を実際に使用し、マーケティングチャネル向けのリアルで魅力的なコンテンツを制作していただけるヘアスタイリストを募集しています。本ポジションは、実際の製品使用、教育的な要素、ビジュアル表現に重点を置き、エグゼクティブチームと連携しながら日本でのブランド展開をサポートします。
なお、主な業務内容は上記の通りですが、事業運営上の必要に応じて、関連する業務を担当していただく場合があります。
製品使用/教育
- お客様またはモデルにLunar Tides製品を使用
- 正しい施術方法およびカラー仕上がりのデモンストレーション
- 製品の使用感やパフォーマンスに関するフィードバック提供
- 製品知識およびブランド理解のサポート
コンテンツ制作
- 製品の実使用シーンを撮影した写真・動画コンテンツの制作
- エグゼクティブチームと連携したコンテンツ企画への参加
- チュートリアル、施術デモ、ビフォーアフターコンテンツの制作
ブランド/マーケティングサポート
- 製品を活用したマーケティングキャンペーンのサポート
- 必要に応じてマーケティングおよびクリエイティブパートナーと連携
- コンテンツがブランドおよび製品を正確に表現しているかの確認
調整/コミュニケーション
- エグゼクティブチームとの定期的なオンラインミーティングへの参加
- コンテンツ制作およびキャンペーンに関するスケジュール調整
- 必要に応じたオフィス業務のサポート(代々木エリア)

求める人材:
必須条件
- ヘアスタイリストとしての実務経験
- ヘアカラー施術に関する十分な知識
- ビビッドカラーやファッションカラーの施術に抵抗がない方
- SNS向けコンテンツ制作の経験
歓迎条件
- 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力
- カラーに特化した、またはクリエイティブなヘアブランドでの業務経験
- 教育、チュートリアル、顧客向けコンテンツへの関心
歓迎条件
- マーケティング、広報、またはSNS運用の実務経験
- ECまたは消費者向けブランドのサポート経験
- 基本的なレポート作成やスプレッドシートの使用経験

勤務時間・曜日:
- 勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間、実働8時間)
- 勤務日:月曜日〜金曜日
- 残業:業務状況により発生する場合があります(法令に基づき別途支給)
- 勤務形態:リモート勤務を基本とし、必要に応じて出社あり
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土日)

勤務地:
勤務地はリモート勤務を基本としています。業務上の必要に応じて、東京都・代々木エリアにあるオフィスへ出社していただく場合があります。
出張が発生する場合がありますが、頻度は高くありません。
オフィス内は全面禁煙です(受動喫煙防止措置あり)。
アクセス:
リモート勤務を基本としています。
必要に応じて出社いただくオフィスは、東京都渋谷区・代々木エリアにあります。
最寄り駅は 代々木駅(JR・都営大江戸線) および 南新宿駅(小田急線) です。
給与:
給与は経験・能力を考慮のうえ決定します。
残業が発生した場合は、法令に基づき別途残業代を支給します。
通勤が発生する場合の交通費は、会社規定により支給します。
