「さくらライフ新丸子クリニック」は、総合医療・介護グループのさくらライフに所属する機能強化型在宅療養支援診療所です。多様な在宅医療サービスを総合的に実施し、1人ひとりに合わせた患者さま本位の訪問診療・訪問看護を行っています。また、医療在宅医療各区の基幹病院と連携を取り、様々なニーズに応えられる体制を整えています。利用者さまやそのご家族のお話を聞く相談業務にも取り組むことで、より多くの方々に利用していただける訪問診療・訪問看護クリニックを目指しています =仕事の内容= ・連携先の獲得と既存連携先との関係強化をしていただきます。 ・居宅介護支援事業所や病院等の福祉医療施設を訪問し当院の訪問診療や訪問看護の内容や実績・取り組み等のご紹介、利用促進に向けた広報活動をお願いします。 ・医療業界、介護業界の経験者で人とのコミュニケーションが好きな方には最適なお仕事です。さくらライフグループの事業拡大につき、あなたの力をお貸し下さい。 ※未経験の方には、先輩・上司が同行して指導をおこないます。 また、わからない事など相談しやすい環境でサポート体制もしっかりしています。

【仕事内容】
法人営業 訪問診療・訪問看護の医療連携業務、患者様ご家族、関係機関との連携や広報活動 希望入職時期随時 ※車を運転して訪問します。

【正職員】月給 231,000円 〜 350,000円
【給与の備考】
通勤手当(別途実費支給) 上限30,000円/月 昇給:有り(1.5~3.0%) 賞与:有り(基本給4.0ヶ月分前後)
