Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 大阪市住吉区にある介護施設「聖和苑」で、利用者さまの食事を支える栄養士のお仕事です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 栄養士業務全般を担当いただきます。献立作成・食事箋の変更・発注・納品管理・調理・盛り付け・配膳・衛生管理など幅広く経験できます。8時、12時、18時が配膳時間となり、利用者さまにあわせた調理を行い、きざみ食、ミキサー食、流動食といった介護食もつくります。

Q. どんな働き方ですか?

A. シフト制で朝6時から夜20時の間で勤務。決められた時間に食事を提供するため、テキパキと動くことが求められますが、残業は月約15時間と少なめです。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 栄養士資格をお持ちの方であれば、未経験・ブランクOKです。朝6時からのシフトに勤務可能な方を歓迎しています。
