芸能プロダクションでバックオフィスを担当していただきます。

所属タレントは、地上波ドラマ、Netflixなどの配信作品、全国公開の映画、その他CMやMV、広告案件などに幅広く出演中

*レッスンスタジオ管理

慣れてきたら少しずつ対応範囲を広げていけばOK

③ 希望者はマネージャーデビュー可能

仕事との向き合い方・これまでの動きや姿勢・成果や能力を確認後、タレントマネジメントに携わる事も可能です。

その他、タレント出演作品の初号試写会やミュージカルへの招待など、外部へ赴いて経験を積む機会も多いため、働きながら成長していける環境です

02 |職場環境・空気感

オフィスは副都心線「北参道駅」から徒歩3分。JR線「代々木駅」からも徒歩5分とアクセス良好です。

オフィス周辺にはカフェや飲食店が多いため、ランチや終業後にご飯に行くなどスタッフ同士の仲も良い職場です。

20代~30代のスタッフが多く、会社を大きくしていきたい気持ちでそれぞれが積極的に意見を出し合いながら働いております。
