As a PLM Teamcenter Onsite Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in utilizing the Teamcenter software effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support to clients in implementing and troubleshooting Teamcenter software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Teamcenter solutions
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use Teamcenter software efficiently
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter software
Stay updated on the latest developments in PLM technology and provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in providing onsite support for PLM Teamcenter software
Strong technical skills and knowledge of PLM systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others effectively
