スマートデザイン部にて、

業務改革(BPR)とシステム開発を一体で支援するDXプロジェクトに参画する

ITコンサルタント(新卒)を募集します。

単なるシステム導入にとどまらず、

「業務をどう変えるのか」「ITをどう活用するのか」を考える

上流フェーズから関われるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

1)業務・業界リサーチ/分析(基礎)

・クライアント業務や業界構造の調査、情報収集・整理

・業務フローの整理、現状業務(As-Is)の可視化

・業務課題の構造整理、論点の洗い出し

2)業務改革・DX検討のサポート

・業務改善案/To-Be像の検討サポート

・業務×ITの視点での課題整理

・システム導入・開発を見据えた要件検討の補助

3)資料作成・上流工程補助

・要件定義書、提案資料の作成補助

・会議資料や議事録の作成、論点整理

・システム開発プロジェクトにおける上流工程のサポート

4)プロジェクト推進サポート

・シニアコンサルタントのサポート業務全般

・プロジェクト進行に伴う情報整理、関係者との調整

※成長に応じて段階的にステップアップ

※シニアコンサルタントが伴走し、OJT中心で育成します

・プログラミング、データ分析、SQL等の学習経験

・AI・データサイエンスへの興味・基礎知識

・インターン、ゼミ、研究、アルバイト等での課題解決・改善提案経験

・資料作成(PowerPoint、Excel)に抵抗がない方

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし/標準労働時間8時間)
