  • 仕事内容

(雇入れ直後)

ステンレス鋼材の販売でトップクラスのシェアを誇る企業にて提案営業をお任せします。

顧客先は大手自動車部品メーカーや建材メーカー、及びその協力企業です。

既存顧客約30~40社を担当し、顧客要望に合致するステンレス鋼材の提案(ステンレスの種類/寸法/重さ等)を行います。

既存顧客への販売が中心/関東エリアを公共交通機関や社用車にて営業します。

  • 入社後は現在のメンバーが指導いたしますので、未経験からでもご安心ください。

【必須】

・学歴:大卒以上

・何かしらの顧客折衝経験/ビジネスマナーが身についていること

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

就業時間 9:00~17:30(実働時間7.5時間/休憩60分)

フレックスタイム制

コアタイム:有 11:00~15:00

  • 賞与:年2回(3.6か月分※予定)
  • 昇給:年1回(等級ごとにレンジ(幅)を設計し、評価に応じてレンジ内を上下する運用を行います)
  • 交代手当

  • 家族手当(扶養の子1人当たり12,000円)
