三郷市のセンターから、

担当するスーパーやホームセンターを巡回し

魅力的な「お花売場」をつくるお仕事です

具体的な業務の流れ

――――――――――――――――

商品の準備・出発(6:00~)

担当する店舗へ届けるお花を

社用車(ワゴン車)に積み込みます。

普通免許(AT限定可)で運転可能な

ワゴン車を使用し、1日7~8店舗を

固定ルートで巡回します。

店舗巡回・売場づくり(~12:00)

お店に着いたらお花の補充や陳列。

「春は桜の造花で明るく」

「母の日は華やかに演出」

など、季節に合わせてディスプレイ。

数量計画・企画業務(~12:00)

「週末はこれが売れそうですね」と

担当者様と相談したり、売れ行きを見て

商品の配置を変えたりします。

運ぶだけでなく、店舗ごとのニーズに

合わせたお店作りを楽しめます。

帰社・退社(~15:00)

会社に戻って片づけや、

持ち帰ったお花の処理をして業務終了。

明るいうちに帰宅できます。

入社後の流れ

お花の名前や扱い方、運転ルート、

綺麗に見える並べ方のコツなどを

イチから丁寧に教えるのでご安心ください。

チームでの業務なので、未経験の方も

将来的には、役職がつくと発注などの

事務業務も担当していただきます

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 22万8679円 〜 24万1879円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万5575円 〜 3万7500円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
