リスクマネジメントの手法やWTWのグローバルネットワークを活用して、海外進出企業、一部上場企業などの大企業に対して保険プログラムの提案、保険契約締結を行います。
日系、外資系の各保険会社の得意分野を効果的に組み合わせ、顧客企業にとっての最適な保険プログラムを提供します。
The Role
Network Business Account Executiveは、外資系顧客に対する保険提案、契約管理、リスクコンサルティングを行います。特に英語での業務対応が求められ、WTW海外部署への報告業務や、国内外の保険会社との折衝やクレーム対応も含まれます。
外資系法人営業
- 既存顧客の保険契約メンテナンス:既存の外資系顧客に対する保険契約の管理
- 新規提案とコンサルティング: 新規の保険提案やリスク・保険に関するコンサルティング、海外部署で開拓した新規顧客の日本支社対応も含む
主な職務内容
- 営業担当として予算と実績管理
- WTW海外部署からの顧客照会、保険手配および更改指示を受け、内容確認、Fee交渉(主に英語によるメール)
- 国内および外資保険会社への契約引受依頼、確認、見積依頼、折衝
- 顧客への提案資料、見積、補償内容の説明資料の作成(日本語および英語)および回収管理
- 保険事故発生時のクレーム対応
- WTW海外部署へのレポーティング業務(英語)
- その他顧客からの問い合わせ対応、顧客海外本社担当者との会議への出席など
The Requirements
- 損害保険の営業経験(特に企業保険の営業経験があれば尚可)
- 高いコミュニケーション能力
- チームワークを尊重する姿勢
- ビジネスレベルの英語力:英語での業務対応が可能なレベル
