The Basics
The Tanium Talent Acquisition Team is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own hiring activity with a primary focus on supporting Go-To-Market (Sales) recruiting in Japan. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with hiring managers and candidates, and possess great communication skills. This candidate will also have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build an organization of truly talented individuals. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization. Qualified candidates must be bilingual and fluent in Japanese.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for managing and facilitating the entire recruiting process
• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy
• Work with managers and the Talent Acquisition team to develop recruiting strategies
• Take a data-driven approach to develop goals, validate your activities, and measure success
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems through our ATS
• Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on recruiting status
• Be an advocate for the candidate and deliver a world-class candidate experience
• Tracking recruiting activities in our ATS and providing candidate status in a weekly report
• Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
• Build strong relationships with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and our business partners
• Successfully evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques

We're Looking For Someone With

• Agency and in-house experience a plus, a broad mixture of role types experience preferred
• Experience executing a full-cycle recruiting process
• Go-To-Market (Sales) Recruiting experience within the technology industry
• Sourcing experience, strong boolean searching skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organizational skills preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships
• Experience working with Greenhouse preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
• Results-oriented, forward-looking, and consistently acting in the best interests of the company
