Korn FerryのRPOチームの一員として、オンサイト/オフサイト環境において、候補者のソーシング、スクリーニング、アセスメント、マーケティングなど、採用プロセス全体をリードしていただきます。クライアントとの関係構築に加え、候補者との信頼関係の構築にも注力いただきます。
主な業務内容
- クライアントのニーズに基づいたマルチチャネルのソーシング戦略の立案・実行
- 現在および将来の採用に向けた人材プールの構築
- クライアントとの定期的なミーティング、採用プロセスの最適化提案
- 採用プロセス全体の管理(JD作成〜オファー交渉・クロージングまで)
- 候補者との関係構築、クライアントのバリュープロポジションの効果的な伝達
- 採用状況のレポート、改善提案
- ジュニアメンバーへのメンタリング・サポート
応募資格・経験
- Consumer業界での採用経験
- ダイレクトソーシングの豊富な経験(必須)
- Corporate、Commercial、Digital領域での採用経験
- クライアント(ステークホルダー)との関係構築・マネジメント経験
- ATSの運用経験
- Microsoft Excelを用いた採用状況の管理スキル
- マーケットマッピング、採用戦略立案、ブーリアンサーチなどの実務経験
- 曖昧な状況にも対応できる柔軟性とコミュニケーション力
- 顧客志向・成果志向の高い方
- 多様な文化背景を持つチームとの協働・交渉スキル
- フレキシビリティ、マチュリティ、インターパーソナルスキル
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力、及び中級ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き・会話)*レポートラインは海外
