DX推進コンサルタント(リーダー)【企業のDX推進支援/自社開発商材/事業拡大中】
【仕事内容】
契約されたDX人材育成研修を成功させることで、お客様の現場における課題解決に貢献することがミッションです。
研修の成功体験を起点に、次の打ち手を提案し、顧客のDX推進をより深く支援していきます。
- 業務内容
(1)研修プログラムの企画・進行管理
研修納品チームと連携し、顧客の現場課題に合わせた研修内容を企画します。
ご自身で研修を実施いただくこともあります。
(2)関係者との連携促進
DX推進部門や研修に参加される現場部門、人事部など、関係者との対話を重ねます。
現場の声を次に繋げ、円滑なプロジェクト進行を支援します。
(3)現場起点での追加提案
研修の成果や受講者の声、お客様との対話から新たな課題を発見し、次の研修プログラムや対象部門の拡大を提案します。
現場の成功体験を、部署や組織全体の成功へと繋げていきます。
〇コンサルタントとして実績を積んでいただいた後、将来的にはチームリーダーとして、以下の業務をお任せします。
・チームのKPI(リピート受注額、重要人物との接点数など)達成に向けた戦術の立案と実行管理
・チームメンバーの採用、育成
・セールスチームと円滑に顧客情報を連携し、一貫した顧客体験を創出する仕組みの構築
- 商材について
同社のメソッドで開発したワークショップ(DXレディネス研修、AIレディネス研修など)を中心に、組織変革までの伴走や、大企業の役員に対するリバースメンタリングなどの新規ソリューションも含め、ユニークな手法で組織変革・業務変革を支援しています。
- クライアントについて
大手企業を中心に、幅広い規模・業界の顧客が150社以上。主にDX推進部、人事部の方が商談相手となります。

年収:800~1000 万円 月給制 基本給:423262円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:40時間 固定残業代:132738円 超過分は全額支給 変動手当:住宅手当 3km以内居住の場合1万円リモート補助 ※職種による条件あり通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり50000円) 賞与:あり 年2回 昇給:あり 年1回

IT・プログラミングを学ぶキャンプやスクールを実施してきました。
また、2022年には、アニメキャラクターの世界を楽しみながらプログラミングやクリエイティビティを
オンラインで学ぶことができるプログラミング学習教材「テクノロジア魔法学校」をリリースしました。
