仕事内容:

国内特許分野において、国内特許業務全般を担当していただきます。

機械・電気分野を中心に、これまでのご経験やスキルに応じて、実務をお任せしていくポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・国内特許出願における明細書の作成

・中間対応

・特許侵害に関する対応業務

・国内特許業務全般の対応

※特許技術者は上記弁理士業務の補助対応

国内特許の出願から権利化、対応業務まで一連の流れに関わることができ、

特許業務全体を俯瞰しながら専門性を活かして働ける環境です。

【必須要件】

・弁理士

・高等専門学校卒業以上

・特許事務所又は企業知財部門での実務のご経験3年程度

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

・特許業務の全体の流れを把握している方

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制

(コアタイム10時30分~15時30分)

※標準9時00分~17時30分 実働7時間30分

・休憩時間12時~13時

・時間外労働有り(20時間程度)

※一部在宅勤務有り(試用期間終了後、能力に応じて)

・年末年始(官庁公休日と同じ)
