【ポジション】

グループホーム介護スタッフ

【主なお仕事について】

・起床支援・就寝支援、夜間の見守り業務

・調理のサポートと食事介助(献立を一緒に考え、買い物から片付けまで)

・排泄介助、入浴介助

・お買物、お散歩の付き添い

・洗濯、掃除(ご入居者と一緒に実施)

【勤務体制】

・日勤 9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・遅番 11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

・夜勤 18:00~翌11:00(休憩180分)

※3交代シフト制、夜勤は月に6回程度

勤務時間・曜日:

・日勤9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

【給与詳細】

月給262,968円~

基本給212,968円+夜勤手当1回あたり5,000円(月給は夜勤6回実施した場合の30,000円含む)+居住支援特別手当20,000円

・介護の基礎資格(介護職員初任者研修・実務者研修・介護福祉士)をお持ちの方は基本給223,076円

・試用期間中(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)は基本給210,056円

・入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合、夜勤手当3,000円/回

・処遇職務手当あり(役割に応じて手当が発生します)

・昇給制度あり(年1回・規程あり)

・退職金制度(在職3年以上・規程あり)

・交通費支給(規程あり)

※居住支援特別手当は「東京都介護職員・介護支援専門員居住支援特別手当事業補助金交付要綱」の運用に準拠し、支給するものとしております。
