<<仕事内容>>

街で見かける "ATMを操作している警備員"

実はそれは業務のほんの一部です。

私たちは、銀行・ATM・商業施設などの

"お金の流れ"を支える集配金のプロフェッショナル。

社会インフラを守る、やりがいある仕事です。

◆具体的には・・・

決まったルートで契約先を巡回し、以下のような集配金業務を行います。

・駅の収入金回収

・商業施設の売上金回収

・ATMへの紙幣補充

・駐車場料金の回収

・釣銭(棒金)の配送 など

作業は1件あたり3~30分ほど。

駅周辺ばかりの日もあれば、移動が中心の日もあり、飽きのこない仕事です。

※習熟度を見ながら、徐々に担当コースを広げていきます。

※「運転が得意」「コツコツ作業が好き」など、得意に合わせて業務を調整

▼点呼・健康チェック・アルコールチェック

▼荷積みをして出発

1日10~30件ほど、決まった契約先を巡回します。

▼営業所へ戻り、回収物の個数確認

▼業務終了

※スケジュールは"余裕"を持たせた運行設計なので安心です。

<<研修体制>>

未経験の20~30代が多く活躍中

・研修センターでの基礎研修

・営業所での座学(2~3日)

・その後はOJTで先輩と2人1組で現場へ同行

・まずは助手業務からスタートいきなり運転はしません

1年ほどかけてじっくり育成し、

「貴重品検定」→「準中型免許取得」へとステップアップ可能。

費用は会社が全額補助、しかも勤務扱い

最初は「危ないこともあるのかな…」と少し不安はありました。

でも、実際に働いてみると、勤続9年の中で一度も危険を感じたことはありません。
