「日本法人の母艦」を支える人事・総務の"顔"を募集します。
社内では若者を支える"頼れるお姉さん/お兄さん"的存在として、
若手メンバーが「日本市場を戦うモチベーション」を保ちながら、
中国本社との橋渡し・制度設計・バックオフィス全体をゼロから作っていただきます。
ミッション(若手を押さえつけない)
日本法人設立〜日常運営の総務・事務を一貫担当
20代中心のチームが「失敗しても大丈夫」と感じる制度・環境づくり
人事戦略:採用ブランディング → 評価制度 → 組織開発 → 労働環境改善を 3 年スパンで設計
領域 内容
法人立ち上げサポート:定款作成、登記、銀行口座、各種許認可(TikTok Shop 代理店契約含む)
人事:求人票作成〜面接日程〜入退社手続き、社保・公积金、給与計算外注先連携
労務:勤怠管理、36協定、産業医契約、ハラスメント対応、在留資格申請(中国籍スタッフ)
財務:請求書発行、経費精算、為替ヘッジ提案、税理士・公認会計士連携
総務:オフィス選定・契約、備品・IT ヘルプデスク、社内イベント、労務安全、オフィスの管理
必須条件
日本国籍または永住者(ビザ不要)
ビジネスレベル日本語+英語 OR 中国語(いずれか)で直接コミュニケーション
人事・総務・労務・財務いずれかの実務経験 3 年以上(スタートアップ歓迎)
基本的な PC/クラウドスキル(Excel、Google Workspace、Notion/Slack)
