■業務内容概要:
キーエンス製品を生産する協力工場で稼働する自動製造装置のメンテナンスと改良設計をお任せします。
また協力工場技術スタッフへのオペレーション・メンテナンス指導、育成指導も担当していただきます。
将来的には、新規自動機の設計・立ち上げや、新規自動機取引先の開拓など、設備の自動化にまつわる様々な業務に参画いただくことも可能です。
■業務詳細:
①稼働している自動機のメンテナンス対応
扱っている自動機は、ネジ締めやはんだ付け作業を自動化したものから、直交ロボット、6軸ロボット、スカラロボットなどロボットを用いた大型なものまで、多数あります。
自動機は、ロボット制御、空圧回路、電気回路、プログラミング言語、画像処理などさまざまな技術を用いた構成となっており、まずは自身の得意分野のメンテナンスからスタートし、業務をしていく中で徐々に知識を広げ、最終的には自動機全体を把握できるようになっていくことができます。
②不具合原因を分析し、根本解決に向けた改良設計と導入
不具合のメンテナンス対応において、真の原因がなんだったのかを突き止め、それが今後発生しないように改良設計を実施します。
原因は機械的な構造、プログラムの設計ミスなど様々ですが、根本解決のためにはアイデアや提案力が必要となります。
やや難易度は高いですが、その分達成感は大きいものがあります。
③工場技術スタッフへの育成指導
自動機不具合の1次対応は、工場技術スタッフが実施し、原因がわからないときにキーエンスエンジニアリングに連絡がなされ、メンテナンスを行っています。
この1次対応を実施する工場技術スタッフに、自身で磨いたメンテナンス技術を指導・育成することで、以降、キーエンスエンジニアリングに連絡されることなく、現場だけでスピーディに不具合解決ができるようになります。
④突発トラブル撲滅のための、予防保全・予知保全の取組立案・実施
ひとたび自動機の突発トラブルが発生すると、自身の業務を中断し対応しなければならないため、生産停止してしまうことはもちろん、業務上の負担にもなります。
よって、突発トラブルが起きないよう、事前に自動機の状態を把握したり、事前に手を打つ保全取組が重要になります。どうやったら突発トラブルが防止できるのかを検討し、立案し、実施していきます
