Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
•顧客訪問(オンサイト)で、顧客に対して製品トレーニングを効果的に実施する
•適切なフォローアップ訪問やコール対応を通してのコール対応、 営業/営業技術/サービスと協力してのCS問題
を解決す
•ユーザーズミーティング等を通して、インストールベースの顧客満足に貢献する
•インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ、開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う
•営業/営業技術と協力し、自モダリティメンバーの技術的、臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する
•営業/営業技術/マーケティングと協力し、新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する
•重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評判向上や、製品デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する
•必要に応じて商談ミーティングに参加し、アプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握、差別化等に貢献する
•インストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じて、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場で新製品のインパクトの最大化に貢献する
•医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する
•One GEとして他のモダリティ、超音波、LCS、SVを含む社内メンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する
Required Qualifications
•モダリティに関する臨床及び経験、あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリストとしての経験が3年以上あること
•出張が可能であること
•品質問題等の難しい環境下において、様々な相手とのコミュニケーション経験があること
•複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること
Desired Characteristics
•診療放射線技師もしくは臨床検査技師の資格を有すること
•企業や病院でのマトリックス組織における就労経験があること
•組織のあらゆるレベルに対して、周囲の人々を鼓舞し、信頼関係を構築する能力があること
•英語によるコミュニケーション能力
•業務上の車を運転する場合については、必要な範囲において、運転記録の調査に従うこと
