・ユーザー分析をもとにしたプライベートブランドの企画および開発
・海外の仕入先開拓と、条件の交渉
・数値分析による、最適な販売価格の設定
・品質管理に関わる業務
<補足>
国内のみならず世界中から最適な仕入れ先を開拓することが求められるポジションです。開拓や調達の際に、調達担当と連携して2人1組で業務を行う体制があり、検品や数量などの交渉は調達担当が担います。また、現在立ち上げフェーズの東京拠点でのご活躍を想定しており、本社と綿密に連携しながら東京拠点の中核として自立自走いただきながら業務を担っていただくことを期待しています。

■商品企画~仕入~販売計画立案までの一連のプロセスを複数商品で担った経験
■企画開発・採用した製品が明確な販売成果を上げた経験があり、その背景理由を理解し再現性をもって商品開発・採用のPDCAサイクルを回した経験
■以下のいずれかの勤務経験
・MRO商材を扱う企業で、3年以上の勤務経験
・ホームセンターのバイヤー・MDとして、3年以上の勤務経験
・開発スパンが速くインターネット等で直販を行うメーカーにおける、開発担当として3年以上の勤務経験
