【オープニングスタッフ募集×高時給求人】

高時給1,800円+インセンティブで安定して稼げる

入居者へインターネット回線のご案内のお電話をするお仕事です

モデル月給:週5日×8時間 月収28万8,000円+インセンティブ

10名程のチームで働きますわからないことがあればすぐ聞ける環境です

【業務内容】

お客様に「インターネット回線」などのご案内をします。

お客様のニーズに対して、最適なプランをご提案していただくお仕事です。

ご案内する内容はマニュアルがあるため、その通りにお話しすればOKです

ご案内後は専門部署へバトンタッチし、業務完了となります。

ご案内した方が契約を決めて、あなたの電話から成果が出れば出るほど時給UPしていきます

具体的には・・・・

・インターネット回線サービスに関する問い合わせ対応

・料金プランやサービス内容のご説明

・お客様のニーズに合わせた最適プランのご提案

・契約手続きのサポート、各種変更手続きの受付

・契約内容の確認、問い合わせ内容のデータ入力

・既存顧客へのフォローコール

入社後は研修があるので、コールセンター未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

商品知識や対応マナー、システムの使い方まで、基礎からしっかり学べる環境です。

先輩スタッフのサポートもあり、困ったことがあればすぐに相談できる体制を整えています

勤務時間詳細


10:00〜21:00の間で1日5時間~OK

週3日から働ける平日のみもOK

  • シフト例

・10:00〜15:00 午前中に集中

・14:00〜19:00 午後からゆったり

・12:00〜21:00 フルタイムでがっつり

※研修期間(入社から約1ヶ月間)は12:00以降の出勤となります

※希望シフト制

※時間・曜日は柔軟に相談OK
