母集団形成から選考、内定フォロー、採用改善まで

採用プロセス全体を幅広く担当していただきます。

【1|採用計画・要件定義】

・採用計画の立案

└ 必要人員・スキル・時期などを整理し、年間採用計画を立てます。

・各部門との要件すり合わせ

└ 「どんな人材が必要か?」を部門責任者とヒアリングし、要件を明確化します。

・採用ターゲット・ペルソナ設計

└ どのような人物が会社で活躍できるか、具体的に言語化します。

【2|母集団形成・媒体運用】

・求人広告の打ち出し方の検討

└ 自社の強み・市場トレンドを踏まえ、求職者に刺さる訴求を考えます。

・スカウト配信

└ ターゲットに合わせた設計~配信まで担当します。

・媒体選定~効果検証

└ 費用対効果の高い媒体を選び、効果を見ながら改善します。

・人材紹介会社との折衝(推薦依頼・要件共有)

└ 紹介会社との連携を強化し、求める人材を確実に動かします。

【3|書類選考・採用フロー運営】

・書類選考

└ 活躍できるかどうか「スキル・価値観・経験」の観点で選考します。

・応募者対応(連絡・調整)

└ スムーズな日程調整や連絡で、選考体験を高めます。

・1次面接(面接官として参加)

└ 求職者の意欲・能力を見極め、次の選考へつなげます。
