実働時間:1日あたり8時間

10:00 ~ 19:00

10:00~19:00(実働8時間)

※店舗の営業時間は10:00~18:00。仕事が早く終わった日は18:00退勤も可能です

※火曜日、水曜日は休みの週休2日制ですが、月1回火曜日出社がございます。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 235700円 ~ 300000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:30,700円

みなし残業時間:20.00時間

・賞与年2回(7,12月※計2か月分)+決算賞与

※賞与は、基本給プラス諸手当を含む1か月分の受給額相当を基本としています。

※営業売上成績の30%の年収になるような目安です。残りの額を決算賞与として支給

・退職金制度有り(勤続年数3年以上の方対象)

・上記額にはみなし残業代(月20時間分、30700円分)を含みます。超過分は別途残業代支給します。

※ただし、基本的に残業は月8時間程度におさまっています。

・宅建手当月2万円支給(宅建取得後)

・子ども手当月3000円支給
