仕事内容:

介護職員(正社員)

ベルデ星ヶ丘での利用者の食事や配膳、動作などの補助のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

身体介護:入浴介助、排せつ介助、移動サポート

生活支援:食事介助、見守り業務

記録業務:タブレットでの簡単な記録作業

≪給与詳細≫

・月給:225,440円~225,440円

※夜勤手当、深夜手当 各4回分含む

・基本給:199,500円~199,500円

・日祝手当:2,000円/回

・深夜手当:5,940円(※夜勤4回分)

・夜勤手当:5,000円/回

・家族手当:8,000円~40,000円

・通勤手当:上限あり 50,000円/月(実費支給)

(片道2km以上の通勤距離が必要)

・昇給:1月あたり 1,500円~4,000円(前年度実績)

(毎年5月に行います。但し規定の対象期間の在職が必要)

・賞与:年2回 計2.00ヶ月分(前年度実績)

(入社後初回はなし)

・試用期間:3ヶ月(異なる条件:基本給+日祝手当)
