【仕事内容】

当社が運営する中古リノベ住宅専門メディア

「cowcamo」にて、編集型コンテンツの

企画・制作・ディレクションをお任せします。

編集力を軸に、マーケティングや

チームマネジメントの観点も活かせるポジションです。

<具体的な業務内容>

◆物件紹介記事の企画・編集ディレクション

◆外部ライター・取材スタッフへのディレクション

◆コンテンツトンマナの管理、改善提案

◆特集や新フォーマットの企画立案・展開

◆編集チームのマネジメント(3〜6名規模)

◆他部門(営業・マーケ・プロダクト)

との連携によるコンテンツ戦略設計

◆効果測定とKPI分析による改善・提案

【歓迎要件】

・不動産、建築、住宅系の編集経験

・WebメディアでのSEO・販促連携コンテンツ経験

・チームマネジメント経験

・メディア立ち上げやフォーマット設計経験

・編集・ライター経験をお持ちの方(紙・Web不問)

・ディレクション経験(外部ライター管理・進行管理など)

☆編集の力でサービスを育てたい方

☆不動産×ライフスタイルに関心のある方

☆多職種連携・KPI意識のあるディレクションが得意な方

勤務時間・曜日:

〇フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間)

・コアタイム:11:00〜16:00

・フレキシブルタイム:5:00〜22:00

※10:00〜19:00の時間帯勤務が中心

休暇・休日:

〇完全週休2日制(土日祝)

〇年間休日123日

〇年末年始休暇

〇有給休暇(入社日に最大10日付与)

〇結婚休暇(5日)

〇出産休暇(3日)

〇忌引休暇(最大10日)
