ポジション概要:
本ポジションでは、中央省庁、関連団体、関東圏の自治体など公共領域のお客様を対象としたプリセールスSEチームのマネジメントを担っていただきます。営業部門と密に連携しながら、技術的な視点からビジネスの成長を牽引するリーダーシップが求められます。
業務内容:
•公共領域を担当するプリセールスSEチームのマネジメント(育成、評価、チームビルディング)
•公共営業本部との戦略的連携による提案活動の技術支援
•顧客との技術的な信頼関係の構築と維持
•パートナー企業との技術協業によるエコシステムの強化
•社内関連部門(製品開発、マーケティング、サポートなど)との連携
•APACおよび米国本社との技術的・戦略的コミュニケーション
•提案活動における技術的支援とレビュー
Job Requirements
必須要件/ご経験
•公共分野(中央省庁・自治体など)における顧客対応経験
•プリセールスSEチームのマネジメント経験(特に公共領域での経験が望ましい)
•インフラ技術(ストレージ、ネットワーク、仮想化など)に関する理解
•顧客・パートナーに対する技術的な訴求力とプレゼンテーション能力
•社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力(英語による社内コミュニケーション含む)
※ストレージ技術の専門家である必要はありませんが、技術的な会話が可能なレベルの理解が必要となります。

Education
雇用形態:正社員・期間の定め無
試⽤期間:3か月(試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません)
就業時間:9:00-17:30 (フレックス制 or 裁量労働制)
休⽇:完全週休2日制(土・日)、有給休暇、夏季休暇(3日)、年末年始(12/29~1/3)、ボランティア休暇(5日間)、私傷病・ファミリー休暇、Global Wellness Day、出産休暇(20週)、育児休暇(10日間)、養老介護休暇(10日間)
