職務内容
●本部・支店の目標・方針及び計画に基づいて、DXの推進を活用した目標・方針及び実施計画を策定する
●策定した実施計画に基づき、工事受注のための営業戦略を立案し、提案営業及び支援を行う
●DXに関する情報・資料を収集し、本支店の関係者と情報共有する
●必要に応じて、関係官公庁・専門工事各社・団体などと折衝を行う
●社内の関係部門と連携をはかり、その他の営業部門の業務執行を支援する
必要な職務経験
同業に限らず異業種経験者でも、DXの推進を活用した営業戦略の立案や営業活動及び支援に従事した経験と実績
必要な能力
DXを推進・活用するための基本的な知識
幅広いコミュニケーション能力(公的資格の有無は問わない)
