Role Purpose:
To achieve business objectives and aggressively drive sales growth and overall profitability across the assigned Territory / Portfolio.
What you'll be doing in this role:

Drive sales growth by pursuing opportunities with both existing and new customers through proactive telesales and marketing initiatives.

Conduct outbound calls to targeted customers to promote RS products, campaigns, and promotions.Achieve daily and monthly revenue targets while maintaining and updating the customer database by identifying new business opportunities.

Gather market and competitive insights from customer feedback and share them with Sales Management.

Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth processes.Submit accurate reports on time and support cross-functional teams to secure leads, drive acquisition, and deliver marketing programs.

Contribute to a positive customer experience that leads to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

What experience we expect from you:
Essential Skills & Experience
- Over 2 years' experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or any Sales environment in Industry / MRO / Electronics preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Have commercial savvy and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Language: Native-level Japanese proficiency
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in an International organization with good cultural awareness.
- Understanding e-commerce solutions within a B2B environment.
- Language: business-level English proficiency
