人財統括本部 デジタルシステム&サービス人事総務本部 AI&ソフトウェアサービス人事グループ またはAI&ソフトウェアサービス勤労グループ

【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】

入社後はAI&ソフトウェアサービスビジネスユニットを管掌する人財部門に配属予定です。管掌するAI&ソフトウェアサービスユニットはAI事業をはじめ、ITシステムの基盤を支えるシステム/ソフトウェア開発に携わるエンジニア中心の組織。約5000名が在籍しており、この組織の事業成長・推進を支える人財部門として人事・勤労業務全般を担っています。人財部門には約40名ほどのメンバが所属し、中途採用の方も多く活躍しています。ITビジネスにおける変化を見据えながら、人財と組織の視点での課題抽出と対応、そして多様な人財を活かすタレントマネジメントの実現に向けて日々業務に取り組んでおります。

適宜、幹部をはじめとした職場キーパーソンおよび人財部門のメンバと連携しますが、現存する問題点や課題の解決に向けて一人称で取り組み、社内のみならず社外動向も踏まえた自らの考えを積極的に発信できるマインドや姿勢も期待しています

【職務詳細】

幅広いHR業務(組織・人財配置、処遇・DEI・採用・勤怠管理・給与・労組対応・エンゲージメント等)において、組織や人に関する課題抽出と対応、めざす姿・状態に向けた施策の検討・実行を担当いただきます。

・AI&ソフトウェアサービスビジネスユニットを管掌する人財部門には約40名ほどのメンバが所属し、中途採用者も多く活躍しています。

(人事・勤労いずれのグループにも約20名おり、20代後半〜30代の若手メンバが中心)

・これまでの慣例に捉われず、新しいことを取り入れること、チャレンジすることも積極的に推奨されており、AIを活用した業務改善などボトムアップでの活動も積極的に行われています。

・ITビジネスにおける変化を見据えながら、人財と組織の視点から多様な人財を活かすタレントマネジメントの実現に向けて日々業務に取り組んでおり、新しいことに挑戦するフィールドも数多くあります。

・在宅勤務可能

【必須条件】

・MS-office系ソフト(Excel,Word,PPT)を用いた資料作成ができる方

・特にExcelで簡単な関数を用いた集計や分析ができる方

・案件の大きさに関わらず、課題解決に向けた提案と実行の経験を有する方
