業務内容

クライアント(ノンデスク産業の経営者・採用責任者)の採用課題をヒアリングした上で、企業にあった適切な商材をご提案し、課題解決をしていくお仕事です。

経営者や人事責任者と同じ視点で提案し、深刻なドライバー不足を解決する影響力の大きな仕事です。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

・ノンデスク業界の事業者へ採用ニーズの獲得

・電話での新規開拓のほか、お問い合わせ頂いたお客様に採用課題をヒアリングし、商談のアポイントを取得。エリアに決まりはなく、事業方針に合わせて決定します。

・クライアントの採用計画に対するコンサルティングやサポート

・成果最大化のための施策立案とその運用

・セールス手法の体系化とメンバーへの教育

・新規開拓への戦略立案

最初は先輩社員と一緒に仕事をすすめていきながら、仕事の流れを覚えて頂きます。 1人立ちしたら、自身のやりたいことにどんどんチャレンジする事ができます。 既存事業の更なる売上向上、業務効率化・仕組み化、新規事業の企画など、活躍できるフィールドは沢山あります

Q:なぜノンデスク産業に着目してビジネスを展開しているのですか?

A:私たちは「令和を代表するメガベンチャーを創る」というミッションから逆算して、どの業界よりも市場が大きくまだ開拓されていないノンデスク業界に軸足を置き、ビジネスを展開しています。その為、業界に興味を持ってご入社された方より、「競合が少なく、大きな市場で業界で1番を目指していけること」、「会社の成長が早いことで、スピード感を持ってキャリアアップしていけること」を求めてご入社される方がほとんどです。また幅広い知識をつけることを目的として総合領域の人材企業を選択される方もいらっしゃいますが、本当に市場価値を上げたいのであれば業界の知識よりもどんな業界でも通用する汎用的なポータブルスキル(ex.仕組みを作る。問題を解決する等)の方が大事です。(業界の知識は調べれば誰でも身につけられるので、市場価値を上げる手段にはならないため)

Q:トラックドライバーの時間外労働時間上限が制限される『物流の2024年問題』の煽りは受けませんか?

A:『2024年問題』は当社にとって追い風です。『2024年問題』を契機に、荷主・運送会社共に危機感が生まれ、人材採用とデジタル化への投資を積極的に進める会社が増えています。

また、コロナによって非対面を前提としたオペレーションが増えた結果、デジタル化も進んできています。人口減少する日本におけるDXの最後の砦と言われる、ノンデスク産業に対して、人材採用と業務管理のデジタル化を急速に推し進めており、時流に即した黒子の成長企業となっています。

Q:ノンデスク産業はなんとなく大変なイメージがあります。実際はどうですか?

A:大変さがあるとすれば「営業力を伸ばすための成長痛」だと思います。ノンデスク産業の人材紹介はまだまだ発展途上であるのに加えて、専門性が高く、大手の総合系の人材紹介と比べて求人数が少ないです。

そんな中で、転職支援をしていくためには、「いかに求人の魅力を適切に伝えられるか」という視点が問われます。魅力を伝えるには、営業や業界に関する洞察を深めていただくような勉強が必要になるので、そういった意味では確かに大変です。

成果を出しているCAは、「候補者の懐に入るのがうまい」「市場成長率やホットな業種に関する情報、求人相場に関する情報を集めている」と言った特徴があります。

基本給 ¥204,625 ~ ¥269,932

固定時間外手当 ¥63,946 ~ ¥84,354

※賞与(年2回支給)を年収に含む

※固定残業代:原則として40時間相当

基礎賃金÷所定労働時間×125%(法定)

※固定残業代を超過した分の時間外労働手当は全額支給
