As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective project coordination.
Your monitoring of project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards will help maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results.
You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Tokyo location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
YOU MUST HAVE
More than 6 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
