Description
PR TIMESのPR・HR本部人事チームに所属し、主に中途採用全般をお任せします。また、ご希望によって新卒採用を担当することも可能です。現在は、ビジネス職・開発職共に多岐にわたる部門・職種で積極的な人員増強を行っており、採用広報や施策決定を含め採用成功に資する起案と実行を歓迎しています。また、経験や希望に応じて採用活動だけではなく入社後活躍に向けたオンボーディングや組織施策、制度設計など人事領域の経験幅を広げることができます。
本ポジションの役割
人事チームは、PR TIMESのMissionの実現に向けて人や組織の面から事業成長を支える役割を担っています。現在正社員の人数は119名。事業と組織を牽引する人材が社内外から台頭することを人事チームが後押しできるよう、採用と組織施策の両輪で、当社価値観を源流とする強い組織づくりに注力しています。
業務内容
PR TIMESの中途採用にまつわるお仕事を幅広くお任せします。
まずは採用フローの一部を部分的にお任せしながら、1-3ヶ月後には複数職種の求人に対する採用戦略の設計や行動計画の達成に向けた活動をお任せしていきます。

経営層、各事業部責任者と連携した採用計画の立案
採用戦略、計画の立案、採用チャネルの選定
採用評価基準・ペルソナの決定と求人票作成・公開
ダイレクトリクルーティング、リファラル採用の全社的な対応推進
人材紹介会社との折衝、リレーション構築
スカウト、カジュアル面談 / 面接の社内育成実施
各種選考フローの対応(書類選考、カジュアル面談 / 、面接、内定通知等)
採用広報のコンテンツ制作
新卒採用・研修・育成

Working Conditions
Salary想定年収:500万円 ~700万円
※経験・能力を考慮し、当社規定に沿って決定いたします。Location東京都港区赤坂一丁目11番44号8階
東京メトロ銀座線 溜池山王駅 徒歩1分
Job Type正社員Work hours・所定労働時間:8時間/1日
・休憩時間:1時間
・勤務時間:9:00~18:00 もしくは 10:00~19:00 の選択制
・時間外労働:あり(みなし残業45時間を月給に含む)
・完全週休2日制(土日・祝休み)
・年次有給休暇(試用期間3カ月終了後に10日間付与)
