Digital Center of Excellenceチームのミッションは、高い生産性とガバナンスを両立するコーポレート業務・システムを創り続けることです。
今回ご入社いただく方には、全社の成長を目的とし、メルカリグループの全社員約2,100人が利用するコーポレート業務システムの改善やDXに関する企画・推進を担っていただきます。

業務内容
以下の業務を主体者としてオーナーシップを持ち、推進していただきます。
Corporate Systemのグランドデザインとロードマップ策定
メルカリグループ全体の生産性向上とセキュリティ強化を目的とした、Corporate System全体(認証基盤、グループ管理、SSoT(人事マスタ)など)の長期的なグランドデザイン、アーキテクチャ、およびロードマップを策定し推進します。
Identity & Access Management (IAM) 基盤のオーナーシップ
Oktaを核とした認証基盤、Google Workspaceなどのグループ管理基盤の設計、開発、導入、運用改善におけるオーナーシップを持ちます。
- 認証認可周りのセキュリティポリシーを策定し、実装をリードすることで、安全で快適なアクセス環境を構築します。
- システムアドミニストレーター機能の確立と実行
- 各Corporate Systemの管理者として、システムの安定稼働、セキュリティポリシーの適用、ライセンス管理、監査対応などを主導します。
- 管理・運用プロセスを標準化し、必要な自動化やセルフサービス化を推進します。
- SaaS/PaaS連携のアーキテクチャ設計
- 他部門が利用するSaaS(例:ServiceNow、Concur、 NetSuite)との連携における、シームレスなプロビジョニングやAPI連携の仕組みを設計し、実装をリードします。

応募要件- 求める経験・スキル
- 認証・アクセス管理(IAM)基盤の設計・運用経験:Okta、Azure AD、または同様のIDaaS/SSOソリューションにおける設計、構築、運用経験(2年以上)。
- グループウェア/SaaS管理基盤の設計・運用経験:Google WorkspaceまたはMicrosoft 365の全体管理・セキュリティ設定・プロビジョニング設計の経験。
- Corporate Systemのグランドデザイン・アーキテクチャ策定経験:Corporate IT領域(認証、人事、会計、ワークフローなど)におけるシステム全体の設計思想策定や大規模リプレイスのリード経験。
- システムアドミニストレーターとしてのオーナーシップ:特定のCorporate Systemにおいて、ベンダー任せにせず、企画・設計から運用・高度化まで一気通貫で責任を負った経験。
歓迎する経験・スキル
主要なCorporate SaaSの知識:ServiceNow、Concur、 NetSuite, などのSaaSのAPI連携やセキュリティモデルに関する知識。
- ガバナンス/統制の知識:ISMS/SOC2などの監査対応や、IT統制の仕組みづくりに携わった経験。
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力:海外拠点メンバーや海外ベンダーとの技術的な議論や交渉経験。
語学力
- 日本語:Basic(CEFR - A2) 以上
- 英語:Basic(CEFR - A2) 歓迎
