【仕事内容】

当ポジションは「戸建住宅のトータルプロデューサー」的な役割です

用地の仕入れ~企画~販売促進~引渡し・アフターまで、一貫したプロセスを経験できます

営業だけで終わらず、住宅づくりそのものに深く関わることで、不動産の知識・企画力・交渉力が身につきます

【具体的な仕事内容】

仲介業者からの土地情報の受け取り・初期ヒアリング(マニュアルあり)

現地確認(周辺環境や法規チェック/同行ベテランあり)

仲介業者への仕入れ交渉サポート(ロープレを通して実施)

区割りや間取りの簡単なプラン作成補助(テンプレート・ツール完備)

販売情報の作成・仲介業者への情報提供サポート

契約時の書類準備・引渡し対応の補助、購入者フォロー(アフター)
