Zygo Corporation is looking for an experienced and result-orientated OEM Account Manager to drive our growth across its Key Accounts in Japan. The individual is responsible for managing and developing key accounts in Japan and reports to the National Sales Manager – Japan. As a key member of the company's sales leadership team, the OEM Account Manager regularly partners with business leadership to create and execute strategy, develop growth plans and budgets, provide sales forecasts for operational and financial planning. Some specific tasks are as follows:

  • Develop a strategic plan to deliver strong and profitable growth across Zygo's OEM customers - Japan.
  • Working with Key Accounts develop product roadmap understanding and communicate this to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop Key Account stakeholders mapping and to Zygo equivalent teams.
  • Ensure Zygo is compliant to local administrative and audit requirements
  • Work closely with the Metrology/ PPS Divisions to develop sales strategies that deliver growth for all product lines
  • Work with the regional direct sales teams to create accurate forecasts to enable operational and financial planning
  • Manage pricing and discounting to balance growth and achieve profitable growth.
  • Coordinate work with Service team Leadership to ensure that not only World Class Customer Service level delivered coupled with strong revenue growth
  • Work with Marcom team to develop account marketing plans including website content, SEO, Social Media, print media, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, etc.
  • Report and provide formal feedback to Zygo management on performance within these key market sectors
  • Sales and Marketing Experience
    Experience (10 yrs) in sales / account management senior role
    Sales Experience within the Semiconductor equipment market an advantage
    Knowledge and experience within the Optics, Aero, Defense and space markets

    Technical Experience
    Background within a technical specialty preferred Engineering Qualification (bachelor's degree)
    Metrology experience within Semicon, Optics, Defense, Space, Aerospace market an advantage

    Communication Skills
    Strong ability to communicate to sales, engineering, operations and management teams on all levels (internal and external)
    Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

    Self-Motivated & Confident
    Lead by example by demonstrating flexibility, tenacity and drive in delivering objectives and ability to motivate others to do the same
    Knowledge and experience implementing best sales practices and tools

    Travel
    Be comfortable with travelling - up to 30%

    Team Player
    Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to regional sales teams to ensure they and the company succeed

    具体的な業務は以下の通りです:

  • ザイゴのOEM顧客(日本)において、強力かつ収益性の高い成長を実現するための戦略的計画を策定する。
  • 主要顧客と協力して製品ロードマップを作成し、彼らのニーズを理解し、社内のステークホルダーに伝える。
  • キーアカウントのステークホルダーをマッピングし、チームに展開する。
  • ザイゴが現地の管理および監査要件に準拠していることを確認する。
  • Metrology/PPS部門と協力し、すべての製品ラインの成長を実現するための販売戦略を策定する。
  • セールスチームと協力し、正確なフォーキャストを作成し、オペレーション・財務計画を実現する。
  • 利益ある成長を達成するため、価格設定と値引価格を管理する。
  • サービスチームのリーダーシップと連携し、ワールドクラスのカスタマーサービスを提供し、収益を伸ばす。
  • マーコムチームと協力し、ウェブサイトコンテンツ、SEO、ソーシャルメディア、印刷メディア、展示会、セミナー、ウェビナーなどを含むアカウントマーケティングプランを策定する。
  • 主要な市場部門内のパフォーマンスについてザイゴの経営陣に正式なフィードバックを提供する。
  • 必須要件・その他

    営業・マーケティング経験

  • 営業/アカウントマネジメント経験(10年以上)
  • 半導体製造装置市場における営業経験
  • 光学、航空、防衛、宇宙市場における知識と経験
  • 技術経験

  • 技術専門分野でのバックグラウンドがあることが望ましい、技術資格(学士号)
  • セミコン、オプティクス、防衛、宇宙、航空宇宙市場での計測経験があれば尚可
  • コミュニケーションスキル

  • 営業、エンジニアリング、オペレーション、経営陣のあらゆるレベル(社内外)とのコミュニケーション能力
  • プレゼンテーションスキル
