事業企画/経営企画の経験を武器にAIコンサルタント【IPOを目指す成長の主役へ/社会課題を解決する】
【仕事内容】
以下業務をお任せします。
・課題をヒアリング:お客様が困っていることや改善したいこと(DX・AIに関する内容)を丁寧に聞き出します。
・解決策の提案:社内の専門家(データサイエンティストやコンサルタント)と連携し、AIやデータ分析などを活用した提案を行います。
・継続フォロー:契約後も定期的に連絡を取り、必要に応じて追加提案や契約の更新対応も行います。
・情報収集・提案力の強化:AIやDXなどの新しい技術や市場の変化を学び続けることで、お客様にとってより良い提案ができるようになります。
- プロジェクト事例
大手製造業の『熟練工の技術継承』という経営課題に対し、AI画像解析を用いた検品システムの内製化を提案。お客様の事業計画に深く入り込み、PoC(概念実証)から全社展開までのロードマップを策定。
結果、年間数億円のコスト削減と品質向上を実現しました。
