職務内容 最先端ロジック半導体の量産を目指し2022年8月に誕生した当社において、事業拡大に向けて人事制度・組織運営を支える企画業務を担当いただきます。

具体的には、以下の業務のサポートからスタートし、人事業務全般に携わっていただきます。

・人事制度(等級・評価・報酬)の調査・分析、改定プロジェクトの支援

・評価・報酬制度の運用・改善のサポート

・事業計画に基づく組織設計・人員計画のデータ整理および各部門との調整

・従業員サーベイの実施事務局、分析資料作成、エンゲージメント向上施策

・経営者報酬や株式報酬に関わる資料作成・データ管理

・有価証券報告書等の人事関連情報開示に伴うデータ整理・管理

・大卒以上

・人事関連業務の実務経験

・PCスキル(Excel(関数やグラフ作成)、Word/PPT(会議資料作成レベル))

・英語力(実務での読み書き)

・業務内容に記載のある領域の実務経験

・折衝経験(社内外問わず)

・プレゼンテーション経験(社内外問わず)

・社内事務局経験、あるいは運営サポート経験

・英語でのプレゼンテーション経験
