病院を運営する輝生会。

法人本部では輝生会5拠点の人事統括しています。

【人事事務】

・研修業務・採用業務・研修用資料作成・給与計算・データ入力

・社会保険の手続き・勤怠管理・年末調整・その他病院運営業務

※OJTもしっかりあるので、安心

※今までの経験やスキルによって、お任せする業務を決定します。

  • 他部署で経理などもあるので、ご希望であれば面談時ご相談ください。

※仕事の枠にとらわれず幅広い仕事に触れ、経験を重ねながら成長できる環境

時給1760円

【派遣期間中の月給例】

29万5680円

=時給1.760×8時間×21日勤務の場合

【正社員後の条件】

月給209.960円~264.920円

基本給199.960円~244.920円 + 諸手当10.000円~20.000円

諸手当内訳

住宅手当:非世帯主10.000円/世帯主20.000円

※給与額は経験年数・勤務実績などを考慮して決定いたします。

【別途支給手当】

時間外手当

家族手当:規定による

通勤手当:上限50.000円/月
