【お仕事内容】

■SNSの立ち上げ

SNSで物件紹介のショート動画撮影、編集等お願いします。

撮影と営業の割合は自分で決めてOK

SNSから入居が決まればインセンティブゲット

■不動産アドバイザー

お部屋探しをしているお客様に、

理想のお住まいをご紹介するお仕事◎

飛び込みやテレアポは一切なし。

バックオフィスが広告を運用し、

反響のあったお客様へ対応する…

・お問い合わせへの対応(HP・電話など)

・ご来店時の接客・ヒアリング

・物件のご案内・日程調整・内見同行

内勤のスタッフは書類作業、

外勤のスタッフは他支店から書類回収…と、

効率的に立ち回れるよう、業務を分担しています

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥357,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000〜¥57,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【賃金内訳】

月額(基本給):210,000円~300,000円

固定残業手当/月:40,000円~57,000円

(固定残業時間20時間0分/月)

超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給

■昇給:随時(3か月ごとに査定)

■インセンティブあり

【年収例】

・750万円/入社3年目/営業経験者(月給25万円+手当+インセンテイプ:15件契約)

・550万円/入社2年目/営業経験者(月給25万円+手当+インセンテイプ:10件契約)

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。
