仕事内容


職務詳細

JSRグループのIT戦略子会社として、グループ各社のIT機器調達やソフトウェアライセンスの手配、契約管理、販売管理など、調達部門の幅広い業務を担当いただきます。単なる事務処理にとどまらず、価格・納期管理や業務改善提案、社内外との調整など、主体的に関わることができるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • IT機器・ソフトウェアの調達、開発・保守業務の委託・発注

・社内依頼に基づく見積取得、発注、検収、納期確認

・顧客・購入先との契約内容確認・締結(ライセンス契約、請負契約、派遣契約など)

  • 販売・購買管理業務(ZAC/freee)

・見積書作成、受注処理、売上計上、購入先管理(与信管理)

・販売・購買の社内システムの運用、関連規程・マニュアル整備

  • 価格・納期管理

・調達品のコスト管理、納期調整

  • 業務改善・課題解決

・担当領域における問題提起、改善策の提案・実行

  • コンプライアンス対応

・請負・派遣法・取適法などの法令遵守推進

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

・販売管理・購買・経理業務の実務経験 (ex.見積取得、発注、検収、売上計上、請求処理など)

・契約関連業務の経験 (ex.請負契約・派遣契約・ライセンス契約の内容確認・締結に関わった経験)

・ベンダーとの交渉や契約条件の調整を行った経験

・承認業務を伴うポジションでの経験(ex.発注・契約・支払などの承認責任を担う業務)

・業務改善・効率化の推進経験 (ex.業務フローやシステム改善の企画・実行)

・メンバーマネジメント経験 ※人数・規模は問いません

・データ集計・分析、PowerPointでの説明資料作成

【歓迎要件】

・契約書テンプレートや規程・手順書の整備・改修経験

・IT機器やソフトウェアライセンス調達に関する経験

・コンプライアンス推進(請負法・派遣法・取引適正法など)に関する経験

・経理資格(簿記など)や財務分析の知識
