職務内容 ■業務内容

日立ハイテクグループ横断のセキュリティ施策の展開と法令遵守を担い、情報資産の保護・ガバナンス強化をリードいただきます。

【具体的には】

・グループ全体の情報セキュリティ企画・推進および法令対応(個人情報保護や各国規制を含む)

・脆弱性や不正アプリ利用の監視・対策による安全なIT環境の提供

・すべてのセクタを対象としたOT機器のセキュリティ強化推進、OA・OT領域のセキュリティ統制

・データプロテクション強化(データオーナーシップの明確化・オブザーバビリティによる可視化施策の企画・推進)

・日立製作所との連携(共通施策の調整、ハイテク独自施策の推進、月次の情報共有)

・キャラバン活動による施策展開とガバナンス強化(海外法人・国内外グループ会社の経営層・管理部門への説明・浸透)

当社では、情報資産の保護をさらに強化するため「データプロテクション」への取り組みを本格的に開始しています。

従来は個人情報や機密情報の管理が中心でしたが、今後は図面や技術情報などコアな技術データについても、データオーナーシップを明確にし、開示範囲を適切にコントロールしていく必要があります。

・リモートワーク:基本在宅メイン(週1~2回程度チームごとに出社日あり。キャッチアップ期間は出社頻度が高くなる可能性があります。)

・情報セキュリティの企画・ガバナンス業務など、情報セキュリティマネージメントに関するスキルをお持ちの方

・情報セキュリティまたはインフラに関するプロジェクトへの参画経験

※特に、他部門を巻き込んだ全社的な取り組みや、グループ会社を含むプロジェクト経験をお持ちの方は、早期にご活躍いただけます。

・英語でのコミュニケーション経験(TOEIC650点程度)

■歓迎要件

・情報セキュリティまたはインフラに関するプロジェクトに参画しプロジェクトリードのご経験がある方

・その他プロジェクトに参画し完遂したご経験がある方

・セキュリティポリシー策定および新規ツール導入のいずれにも関与したご経験

固定手当+等級に応じ、業務手当を支給

・業務手当は30時間分の時間外勤務手当・休日出勤手当に相当する額を支給

・手当額:82,500円~ 本給額により変動

・時間外・休日出勤の有無に関わらず支給。

・30時間を超える時間外勤務、休日出勤分は追加で支給。

※業務手当支給対象外の場合、実残業時間分を支給

正社員(試用期間 3か月間)
