[社内ITサポート]Client Support Technician

■職務概要

社内エンドユーザー向けの IT サポートを中心に、ソフト・ハードの管理、トラブル対応、システム更改などを幅広く担当していただくポジションです。

必要に応じて、倉庫管理システム(WMS)の運用・保守や、佐倉市倉庫での対応が発生する場合もあります。

ユーザーの声に丁寧に向き合いながら、安定した IT環境を支える役割であり、腰を据えて長くご活躍いただける方を歓迎しています。

【詳細】

社内エンドユーザーサポート全般

<メイン業務>

・各種ソフトウェアのインストールおよびメンテナンス

(例:Windows 11、Microsoft Edge、Microsoft Office、Microsoft 365 など)

・各種ハードウェアの設置およびメンテナンス

(例:デスクトップ、ノートPC、シンクライアント、モニター、モバイルデバイス、プリンター など)

・各種システムトラブル対応およびユーザーからの問い合わせ対応

・システム更改・移行対応

<サブ業務>

・WMS(Warehouse Management System:倉庫管理システム)の運用・保守

緊急対応時には、千葉県佐倉市の商品倉庫へ出社いただく可能性があります。

状況によっては、土日祝日に出社いただく場合もあります。

【勤務形態】

・幕張オフィスへのフル出社(平日 9:00〜18:00)

・フレックスタイム制

(コアタイムなし/始業 5:00 ~ 終業 22:00/月間の所定労働時間:平日日数×8時間)

【勤務形態】

状況に応じて、千葉県佐倉市の商品倉庫へ出社いただく可能性があります。

・フレックスタイム制

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

<必要な経験>

・テクニカルサポート業務経験 3 年程度、

または IT 系学士号+テクニカルサポート業務経験 1-2年程度

・基本的なスクリプトの記述経験

<必要な能力>

・IT インフラ領域における標準的なエンドユーザーハードウェア・ソフトウェアの専門知識

・エンドユーザー環境への影響を理解したうえで対応できる力

・ユーザーの要望を理解し、適切にコミュニケーションを取りながら対応できる力

<ソフトスキル>

・自主的に業務を遂行できる方

・顧客視点を持って対応できる方

・社内外とのコミュニケーションを円滑に行える方

・物事を筋道立てて考えられる論理的思考力をお持ちの方

【歓迎(WANT)】

・倉庫管理システム(WMS)の運用・保守経験

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・会話レベルの英語力

・小売業界/E-Commerce/流通業界での経験
